Job summary

Miller & Carter Tynemouth is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and help train colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

You will be involved in day-to-day site operations, act as the shift leader, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety while supporting team development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong service focus with ability to train colleagues.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts.

Responsibilities
