Miller & Carter Harrow is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a hospitality team and support training efforts. The role supports high standards of service and a welcoming environment.

You will manage shifts, model teamwork, and help ensure guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining quality and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality environments preferred.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day site operations and host guests.
• Lead and motivate the shift team.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
