Miller & Carter Tynemouth is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team focused on delivering great service. The role includes training new staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across shifts.

The successful candidate will help drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and contribute to a positive, lively team environment at the Tynemouth restaurant.

• Ability to lead a team and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Comfort with on-site hospitality operations.
