Job summary

Miller & Carter is recruiting a Part Time Shift Supervisor in Sheffield city centre to welcome guests, lead a team and coach others in delivering great service. You’ll act as host, supervise shifts and help maintain high standards across service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and training staff.
• Strong guest service mindset with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as host and guest-facing leader.
• Lead and supervise team during shifts and ensure smooth operations.
• Mentor teams and support training initiatives for service excellence.
