Job summary

Subway IP Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our Preston store. You will oversee daily operations, serve customers, and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role requiring weekend and weekday availability, with responsibilities including coaching staff and delivering brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude.
• Must be available weekends and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
• Customer service, till use and store cleanliness.
• Stock Control.
• Coaching newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists.
• Opening and closing the store to a high standard.
• Delivering brand excellence.
