Job summary

Subway IP Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our Preston store. You will oversee daily operations, serve customers, and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role requiring weekend and weekday availability, with responsibilities including coaching staff and delivering brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude.

Job Introduction

As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.

Working as a Team Leader is a challenging role but one that is highly rewarding. We are proud of our hard working staff and offer a career path into managerial roles.

We are looking for a team member to work 16 - 30 hours in our Tulketh Retail Park store, Preston. You must be available weekends and weekdays.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required

Physical:

Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerised Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
