Job summary

Maiquez Limited is seeking a Subway Team Leader for our Preston store at Tulketh Mill Retail Park. This part-time role (16–30 hours per week) involves serving sandwiches, greeting guests, and supervising a small team while delivering excellent customer service.

You will help maintain safety standards, handle till operations, support stock control, and coach newer staff. The position offers a clear path into management and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team is essential.
• Strong customer service and till operation experience preferred.

We are looking for a team member to work 16-30 hours per week in our Tulketh Mill Retail Park Subway Store in Preston.

As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.
