Recruit4staff (Wrexham) Ltd represents a leading commercial vehicle repair company recruiting a Part-Time Service Administrator for their Bromborough facility. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, with some flexibility on application, and includes free parking and 28 days of holiday.

The successful candidate will collate timesheets, process customer and sales orders, create internal worksheets, and handle first-point telephone inquiries while tracking material requests and delivery times.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience processing customer orders, sales orders or similar

Responsibilities

• Collating and inputting employee timesheets each week
• Processing incoming customer orders
• Creating internal job worksheets
• Sales order processing
• Acting as the first point of contact for incoming customer telephone calls
• Logging material requests and chasing delivery times
