The Bridge Care Centre Middlesbrough, part-time Senior Speech and Language Therapist, will manage a complex caseload and deliver high-quality assessments and interventions within a multidisciplinary setting.

This role involves independent clinical work with supervision when required, leading swallowing programmes, group therapy, staff training and close collaboration with residents, families and carers.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Experience of managing a caseload with dysphagia assessment and treatment.
• Experience of working with families.
• Evidence of continuing Professional Development.

Responsabilités

• Lead specialist Speech and Language Therapy input to care planning and MDT meetings.
• Manage swallowing programmes and assess communication aids.
• Deliver group communication-focused therapy and train staff.
