Our federation philosophy for Early Education lies in a good balance between inclusive child-initiated learning, and structured child centred learning opportunities. Our inclusive, continuous provision inside and our wonderful garden and outdoor classrooms ensure that children make exception progress from the start. The nursery school has an excellent reputation for supporting children with special education needs from birth to five years old.
Our belief is that innovative, inclusive early years teaching lies at the heart of everything we do. We are a hard-working team, where staff at all levels are encouraged to develop themselves and be the best they can be, in a supportive environment.
If you have the drive and high expectations to help create a truly ambitious inclusive, learning environment we would love to hear from you!
