Teach Plus Limited is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a SEND provision within a mainstream primary school in Feltham, Hounslow, starting ASAP. The role is part-time, three days per week, delivering differentiated lessons to pupils with Autism, Speech and Language needs, and challenging behaviour in a nurturing environment.

Formación

• QTS or relevant qualification.
• Experience as SEN Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils within the SEND provision
• Develop and implement personalised learning strategies and support plans for pupils with complex additional needs
• Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
• Support pupils with Autism, Speech and Language needs, Communication Difficulties and challenging behaviour
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, the SENCO, families and external professionals to support pupil progress
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, adapting teaching and interventions to meet individual needs
