Job summary

24x7 Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time driver to provide safe transport for passengers, including children or adults with special needs, on school routes. Flexible hours available, with shifts 12.5 to 25 hours per week and routes dependent on demand.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (car category).
• Confident driving a variety of vehicles; training provided.

• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations.
• Build professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers and staff.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Be available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• A valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK
