Job summary

24x7 Group is seeking a part-time driver to provide safe transport for students and adults in the local area. The role offers routes with a range of 12.5 to 25 hours per week, with term-time options and holidays aligned to school schedules.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a UK driving licence is essential and an Enhanced DBS check will be completed. Vehicle is provided with fuel card; join a market-leading home-to-school transport team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations.
• Build professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers and school staff.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Be available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• A valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK
