Job summary

24x7 Group is hiring for a part-time driver to provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with diverse needs. You’ll cover routes to schools and other locations, building friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, DBS clearance, and medical checks; training is provided. Flexible shifts include mornings and afternoons, with term-time options and travel with a fuel card and vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS Check
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK

• Build professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Be available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations

• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• A valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK
