Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Screening
• Maintain health records
• Follow‑up/Counseling/Referral
• Education of students and staff
• Health room/emergency care
• Community services
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records of program service delivery
• On‑going program assessment and evaluation
• Perform other duties as assigned
