Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking an IT Consultant to provide IT support across Oxfordshire schools on a part-time basis. Initially 3 days per week, with potential to increase days and continue beyond January 2027 depending on business needs.

The role requires basic IT experience and a full UK driving licence, with travel to different school sites. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to multiple school sites

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to schools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Support staff and users with IT queries
• Assist with setup and maintenance of IT equipment
• Travel between school sites as required
• Work independently and as part of a broader support team
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Develop technical skills through hands-on experience
