Job summary

The Education Authority invites applications for a part-time Cleaner at Antrim-Crumlin-Loanends Primary School. The role involves joining a team to clean classrooms, corridors and facilities according to specified standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of demonstrable cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and machinery used in school environments.
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and COSHH regulations.

• Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks across the school as directed (sweeping, mopping, polishing).
• Clean toilets, washrooms and fixtures; empty bins and remove litter.
• Polish furniture and maintain internal surfaces within reach.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective clothing as issued.
• Complete required paperwork and report any equipment faults.
