Job summary

Danesholme Infant Academy is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our site team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm, a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will be responsible for cleaning across the school site to a high standard, including toilets, corridors, offices and communal areas, ensuring a positive learning environment for all. DBS checks and safeguarding are required as part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to duties and schedule.
• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets, offices and shared spaces.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
