The Recruiters Room is seeking a Lead Generation Executive in Camberley to identify and contact potential business customers and book quality appointments for the Sales Executive. You will research existing data and identify new prospects, focusing on high-quality conversations to generate real opportunities.
This role is part-time (2–3 days per week, roughly 9:30am–2:30pm) with potential for more hours as the business grows.

They have built their business through a combination of good service, strong relationships and business development done in the correct way.
This is not a high-pressure, scripted telesales role. They are looking for someone who is confident speaking to businesses, understands how B2B sales work and can build genuine business relationships. They are a small team, so the person joining them will have a genuine opportunity to make a difference.
Your main responsibility will be to identify and contact potential new business customers and book quality appointments for the Sales Executive to attend.
You'll be working from existing company data as well as researching and identifying new businesses to contact.
You won't be attending the appointments or responsible for closing the sale. Your focus is on making great initial connections and getting the right businesses through the door for the sales executive to develop further.
