Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating return policy.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and employee break area, including daily cleaning.
• Practice safety-consciousness and report theft in line with policies.
• Report to Store Manager and be punctual and reliable.
