Swatch in Pitt Street Store is looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to bring the energy, passion and excitement of the Swatch brand to life, every minute.

As a brand ambassador you will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance, keep up to date with products and promotions, and support the team in achieving targets while maintaining merchandising standards.

• Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience
• Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
• Keep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)
• Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's
• Ensure the store always looks it's best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
