Job summary

Under Armour in Cannock is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver great customer service and assist customers with product selection. You will stock, maintain storefronts, and handle front and back-of-store tasks including point-of-sale and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting
