Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (16 hours) for Caledonia Park. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service, guiding customers on apparel and footwear, and processing transactions efficiently.

You will work a flexible schedule, contribute to a fast-paced, team-based environment, and help maintain an engaging store presentation while supporting omni-channel requests and rewards program education.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements listed by the employer: able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must be able to maneuver the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge and love for Under Armour products.
• Stock, straighten and keep the store clean.
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS and payments.
• Assist with omni-channel requests through digital experience.
