Job summary

The Copthorne Cardiff, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts New Zealand, is looking for a Casual Room Attendant. This role involves cleaning guest rooms and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company standards.

Working 18 hours per week, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and managing guest requests efficiently. The position also offers various benefits including training, pension schemes, and more.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is in working condition.
• Manage guest requests in a timely manner.

Job description

The Copthorne Cardiff is looking for a Casual Room Attendant who will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. As a Room Attendant, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered at all times, in line with our core values and standards, and that guests' expectations are exceeded.

• Salary: £11,896.56 per annum
• Working Hours: 6 hours per day, 3 out of 7 days

Room Attendant Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and vacuum rooms and corridors
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Ensure that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas and used when performing housekeeping responsibilities is in working condition
• Be environmentally aware
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
