Millennium Hotels UK is seeking a Casual Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and replenish amenities, delivering an excellent guest experience. You will work to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction while aligning with the brand values.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the company. Based at The Copthorne Cardiff, the position involves cleaning duties, responding to guest requests, and maintaining equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms and vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and amenities according to guidelines.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Ensure equipment in guest rooms and work areas is in working condition.
• Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently.

The Copthorne Cardiff is looking for a Casual Room Attendant who will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. As a Room Attendant, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered at all times, in line with our core values and standards, and that guests' expectations are exceeded.

• Salary: £12.71 p/h
• Working Hours: As required, flexible, weekend only and school friendly hours available

Room Attendant will do:

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms and vacuum rooms and corridors
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Ensure that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas and used when performing housekeeping responsibilities is in working condition
• Be environmentally awareManage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
