Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent service. You will work on the shop floor and tills, supporting merchandising and stock checks while fostering a community-focused environment.

You will champion Co-op membership, engage with customers, and contribute to a positive, efficient store culture. This role requires flexible shifts and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff to deliver great service.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to support daily operations.
