Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Hove is seeking a part-time supervisor for 16 hours per week at £13.50 per hour. You will support the management team, drive sales and ensure high standards of customer service in a fast-paced high street store.

Flexibility is required; shifts include Sunday 8am-4:15pm and Mon-Sat 8am-6:30pm, with potential for additional hours. Training and perks are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in retail.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (sales, profit and service).
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to keep customers coming back.
• Keep shelves stocked, help reduce shrinkage and till errors, ensuring smooth store running.
