Cooplands Bakery in Roseberry is looking for a proactive Retail Team Leader to join our friendly team. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week at £13.35 per hour, providing a balanced schedule and steady income.

You will open and close the shop as a key holder, lead the team on shift, and ensure high standards of customer service and food safety. We value reliability, teamwork and a can-do attitude, with training and progression across the Cooplands network.

Qualifications

• Retail team leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifts.
