Job summary

Cooplands Bakery in Wetherby is looking for a part-time Retail Team Leader to run a busy shop and mentor colleagues. You’ll ensure a warm, welcoming experience for every customer and lead by example during shifts.

You’ll also handle opening/closing duties, uphold food safety standards, and keep operations smooth in a fast-paced environment, while supporting team development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and promote a positive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability on shift.
• Willingness to take responsibility for opening/closing the shop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shop team to deliver great service.
• Open and close the shop as needed and manage rotas.
