You’ll lead a shop, open/close as key holder, and ensure excellent customer service with strong food-safety standards. Training is provided and shifts may include evenings and weekends to support busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to create a warm welcome and great customer experience.
• Bring people together as a supportive team leader and delegate tasks.
• Open and close the shop as a key holder and manage shifts where required.
• Maintain high standards throughout the shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures for all products.
