Cooplands Bakery in Bawtry is seeking a part-time Retail Team Leader to guide daily shop operations and lead the team to deliver great customer service.

You will open/close the shop as a key holder, manage shifts, and train colleagues while maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness. This role offers a supportive environment with progression opportunities within nearly 160 shops market-wide.
