Job summary

Mitie is looking for a Relief Retail Security Officer for a Sainsbury's store in Oxford. You will deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment and deterring crime.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain an SIA licence; a full 5-year history is required. The role offers contracted hours, paid breaks, and progression through Mitie's training programme.

Qualifications

• Needs full 5-year checkable history for employment/education.

Responsibilities

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To deter violence and public order offences
• To conduct patrols of the store
• Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with the store management teams
• Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
