Job summary

Mitie is hiring a Relief Retail Security Officer for Sainsbury's in Slough. The role is full-time at a pay rate of £14.51 per hour, with 45 hours per week and potential overtime. The officer will deliver excellent customer service while keeping the store safe, deter crime and conduct regular patrols.

Qualifications

• 5-year checkable employment/education history is essential.
• SIA licence or SIA Certificates preferred (licence training may be provided).
• Strong commitment to customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct store patrols.
• Utilise CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management and, when required, police and crime partners.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to support safety.
