Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor in Hanley to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale. This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering effective product demonstrations, with training provided to grow product knowledge and sales skills.

You will engage with customers, explain services and fittings, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while working a rota that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some experience working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and understand customer needs on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products and services to customers.
• Support fitting services and product knowledge when needed.
