Halfords in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, is hiring a part-time role (20 hours per week) to help customers with sales and our services. You’ll learn product knowledge and how to demonstrate and explain our products and fitting services.

Experience in retail or any customer-facing role is welcome; a proactive approach to helping customers and working on a weekend rota is ideal. We provide extensive training and opportunities to develop within the Halfords family.

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
