Job summary

Halfords in Salisbury is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, help customers find products and demonstrate our range. This role is 16 hours per week.

You’ll receive product knowledge and fittings training, with weekend rota availability, and you’ll benefit from store and employee discounts, pension, uniform and wellbeing programs. Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
