Halfords in Newport is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. The role is part-time (8 hours per week) at Town Gate Retail Park, Newport, with weekend shifts and a strong focus on helping customers select products and services.

You will learn product knowledge, demonstrate products, and explain our fitting services while developing your sales skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
