Job summary

Halfords is seeking a part-time team member to deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment. You will assist customers, demonstrate products, and explain fitting services while learning product knowledge to help shoppers choose confidently.

We value a proactive approach, ability to work on a rota including weekends, and a willingness to meet sales targets. The role includes training and opportunities for career development within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products and the practical aspects of our fitting services.
• Learn and apply product knowledge to wow customers and assist with their needs.
• Support a culture of great service and teamwork on shift.
