Brewers Decorator Centres in St Neots is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Advisor on a fixed-term contract until mid-December 2026. The role is 20 hours per week with a salary of £14,067 per annum.

The store at Quora Retail Park offers an extensive range of paints, wallpaper, and decorating supplies, with flexible hours and training provided. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, support branch operations, and develop product knowledge to assist customers in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience with Brewers products not required; strong customer service and teamwork are enough.
• Provide exceptional service to customers in-store and support store operations.
• Willingness to attend training for Fire Marshall and First Aider if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch, delivering on Brewers' reputation for quality service.
• Use product knowledge to recommend the best products for customers’ needs.
• Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request stock within the branch network.
• Develop sales of paint, wallpaper and fabric across the product range.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and provide comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandising to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance and unloading deliveries.
