Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre in Cambridge is seeking a friendly and reliable Part Time Retail Sales Advisor to join our team. You will provide exceptional service, help customers select products, and keep the branch running smoothly.

The role is 12 hours per week (Fridays 8 hours, Saturdays 4 hours) with a salary of £13.48 per hour plus company benefits. Training for Fire Marshall/First Aider is available if required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Approachable, friendly, and helpful to customers and colleagues.
• Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall/First Aider if required.
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch.
• Use product knowledge to recommend products and assist customers.
• Mix paint for customers, process orders, and request stock.
• Develop sales of paint, wallpaper, fabric and related products.
• Build relationships to identify customer needs and provide comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal items and in-store merchandising to boost sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance and distribution of stock.
