Halfords Cannock is seeking a friendly retail colleague for a part-time role (20 hours per week) at Linkway Retail Park. You will deliver excellent customer service, help shoppers find products, and explain our fitting services while working on a rota that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products and services, including fitting services.
• Learn product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
• Support customers to select the right products and services.
