Job summary

First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Part Time Caretaker / Housekeeper in Dunblane to support residential boarding houses. The role is 30 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and a fixed-term/contract arrangement.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, assist with cleaning duties, and report safeguarding concerns with guidance provided. You will work closely with a small facilities team, including summer letting periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Disclosure Scotland PVG Check is required and will be arranged by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Facilities Manager, clean boarding houses, bedrooms and communal spaces.
• Cover assigned houses and assist with other houses as needed.
• Vacuuming, dusting and wet cleaning of surfaces; maintain cleanliness of basins.
• Flag safeguarding concerns discreetly; training provided.
