Job summary

First Military Recruitment are seeking a Caretaker / Housekeeper (part-time 30 hours per week) in Dunblane on behalf of one of their clients. The role focuses on cleaning boarding houses, bedrooms and communal spaces for around 80 occupants, under supervision of the Facilities Manager.

The candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, with safeguarding training provided. Duties shift during summer letting periods and annual leave should be booked outside term time.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Facilities Manager and performing cleaning of boarding houses, bedrooms and communal spaces.
• Vacuuming, dusting and wet cleaning of surfaces and ensuring rooms are tidy.
• Flag safety concerns and defects to management; safeguarding training provided.
• Cover other houses as needed and support summer letting activity as a team.
• Take annual leave outside term time and stay aligned with term schedules.
