Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join an Energy Sector customer on a part-time basis (3 days/week). The role can be performed remotely with occasional travel to London or Aberdeen offices.

You will support data cleansing, mapping, mock migrations, testing and deployment, delivering data insights and quality assurance across HR systems. Key responsibilities include data quality assessments, stakeholder collaboration, dashboards and migration metrics, and continuing data

Qualifications

• Experience as a data analyst within HRIS, HR, Payroll, ERP, or system implementations.
• Data cleansing, data mapping, validation, reconciliation and reporting experience.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Experience producing dashboards, reports and migration metrics.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support data cleansing, mapping, mock migration cycles, testing and production deployment.
• Provide data analysis, reporting and QA to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across legacy systems.
• Prepare data migration files and support migration activities.
• Conduct three mock data migration cycles and validate results.
• Maintain data quality logs, issue trackers and remediation plans.
• Produce data quality reports, dashboards and migration status updates.
• Support UAT by investigating data-related issues and defects.
