Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning expertise.
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements for leadership and investors.

• Experience in cash-flow management, cost control and compliance.
• Proven ability to work remotely in a part-time leadership role with founders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fundraising, investor relations, or capital structuring experience is a plus.
