Stride is seeking a Fractional CFO to lead financial reporting, governance and fundraising for a fast-growing health tech membership platform. This role is 2-3 days per week from January 2027, based in the UK with hybrid arrangements, reporting to the CEO.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent; senior CFO/FD experience.
• Experience in fast-growing consumer/subscription/DTC businesses, ideally health/wellness/diagnostics.
• Comfort with compliance-heavy reporting and funder requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own quarterly and annual financial reporting for the grant and loan.
• Maintain funding governance framework and evidence trails.
• Monitor loan covenants and headroom.
• Coordinate independent sign-off and funder assurance.
• Lead the cost justifications for change requests expected by funders.
