Kingston Vets in Yeovil is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work across two sites, supporting the clinical team with nursing care, theatre assistance and patient admissions.
Shifts are 8:30am–6:30pm with a 1:4 Saturday rota and 27 hours per week. The role requires RCVS registration, clinic experience and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality care and client service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Kingston Vets, on a part-time basis.
Kingston Veterinary Group is a long-established group of two practices in the heart of Somerset and Dorset. We operate across Yeovil and Sherborne, providing Small Animal and Farm animal care. Our state-of-the-art facilities enable our clinical team to deliver veterinary care with a strong focus on maintaining and continually developing high clinical standards.
We have two purpose-built practices, located in Yeovil and Sherborne, complete with a dental suite, imaging suite, separate cat, dog and isolation facilities, laboratory room, farm procedure room, large species-split waiting room, along with a range of offices and a dedicated nurses’ office.
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
Part-time: 27 hours per week across 3 days, working across both our Yeovil and Sherborne sites. Shifts will rotate between 8:30am and 6:30pm, with a 1:4 Saturday morning rota.
