Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) at Potters Green, Swinton, Mexborough. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to adults with complex and high acuity needs in a dedicated home near Rotherham.

You will work a 24-hour per week pattern across days and nights, with the support of a strong team and ongoing training. You will provide holistic, person-centred care, take responsibility within a unit, and contribute to care planning and medication

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
• Experience delivering care to adults with complex needs.
• Ability to work a pattern including days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for residents.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Develop collaborative, needs-based care plans.
• Safe administration of medication.
• Promote health and wellbeing for residents.
• Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift.
• Manage situations involving challenging behaviours.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
