Job summary

SEEAT is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment across its group of schools in South East Essex. The role combines hands-on delivery with developing new ideas, improving processes and shaping future talent.

Working 30 hours per week, term time plus three weeks, you will partner with the Director of People and Operations and school leaders to attract candidates, run campaigns, interview, and onboard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders.
• Strong recruitment expertise with proactive mindset.
• Experience in education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across SEEAT and its schools.
• Manage advertising campaigns and candidate attraction.
• Coordinate interviews, appointments and onboarding.
• Support HR Administrator and ensure a professional candidate experience.
