Job summary

South East Essex Academy Trust (SEEAT) invites an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead group-wide recruitment across eight schools. The role combines hands-on delivery with developing fresh ideas, improving processes and attracting high-calibre staff.

• Experience leading recruitment campaigns end-to-end across multiple schools or trusts.
• Ability to work with senior leaders to design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Strong organisational skills to juggle priorities and deadlines.

• Lead recruitment across SEEAT, from advertising to interviews and onboarding.
• Support HR Administrator to provide a professional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
